“ Went in to Cafe Rider in Al Quoz and while we were ordering from the menu were informed that the food, as part of a collaboration, is outsourced from The Boutique Kitchen as: A) They are nearby, B) They make good American food but don't have as much seating space in their restaurant as Cafe Rider We were a bit shocked when they told us the food will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Not wanting to go somewhere else, we placed the order and then ordered our beverages from Cafe Rider and started looking about their Custom-built collection of Motorcycles and Corvettes on display. (Writing a blog on the same) To our pleasant surprise, the food arrived in approximately 20 minutes. Hot, fresh and well worth the wait. Everything from the packaging to the taste was exquisite. The pulled beef burger was deliciously cooked to perfection plus had a good balance between the sweetness of the pulled beef and the sharpness of the Dijon mustard. We also ordered a side of Mac & Cheese which was hugely portioned and was good to eat something that did not come out of a ready-to-eat-box. The LA burger was humongous in size and the meat tasted like the perfect American dream burger albeit a bit on the healthier side topped with fresh avocados and juicy tomatoes.
